Packages
Because every family’s collection is different, pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of each project. Factors such as the number of photographs and documents and the type of materials involved.
For that reason, I do not offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, I begin with a brief conversation to understand your goals and the scale of your project, and then provide a clear, written quote before any work begins.

1
Family Essentials
Family Essentials focuses on protecting and organizing your most important photographs and documents so they are safe, accessible, and no longer overwhelming. Materials are carefully sorted, stabilized, and digitized where appropriate, with a clear and practical file structure created for long-term use. This service is ideal for families who want their collections preserved and under control, without additional historical interpretation or storytelling.
2
Family Archive
Family Archive builds on preservation by adding written context and organization that makes your family’s materials understandable and usable for years to come. In addition to sorting and digitization, key people, dates, and relationships are documented, and a simple family timeline and archive guide are created to explain what the collection contains and how it fits together. This option is well suited for families who want more than storage and scanning, and who value having their history clearly explained for future reference.
3
Family Stories
Family Stories focuses on recording living memories while they can still be told. In addition to full archive organization and documentation, this service includes recorded interviews with family members and written narrative summaries that preserve personal experiences, family traditions, and major life events. The result is not just a collection of materials, but a record of voices and stories that future generations can understand and connect with.
